Dr. Rajanna B.Presently working as a consultant urologist and professor & HOD department of a general surgeon, Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan, completed (medical school) M.B.B.S from JJM Medical College Davangere, M.S in surgery from Mysore Medical College, Mysore and MCH Urology from Institute of Nephro Urology, Banglore.
He has a vast surgical experience in General surgery as well as Urology. He has done several hundreds of complicated Kidney stone procedures including percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Retrograde Intra-renal surgery (RIRS), and Ureterscopic and laser therapy for Kidney stone diseases.
He has performed the highest number of operations for kidney and bladder cancers, which include Lap Radical Nephrectomies, Transurethral resection of the bladder tumour and Radical Cystectomies.
He has a special interest in Reconstructive Urologic procedures like Hypospadias repair, Pyeloplasty with very good outcomes. He is very passionate to update on the latest developments in the field of urology to help and improve the quality of cases for all urology patients. He is an active member of . He presented several papers in national & international journals And Also Several Presentation At State & National Centres.
